Application Support Consultant | Oxford | Up to £40K

While their work predominantly revolves around the XBRL standard and regulatory reporting, their technology and expertise are applied in various other areas as well.

Working Environment:

The majority of work is currently conducted from our Oxford office; however, occasional travel to client sites will be required once on-site requirements resume. Embracing the concept of hybrid working, the company currently offers the flexibility of 2 days per week working from home and 3 days in the office.

Role Overview:

As an Application Support Consultant, you will play a vital role in the consulting team, dedicated to delivering and maintaining a diverse range of solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of technical expertise and consultancy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation, customization, and configuration of cloud-based enterprise solutions built upon our products.
2. Capturing technical requirements and ensuring a joint understanding during client workshops.
3. Efficiently managing the workflow of service requests.
4. Providing client support to troubleshoot issues related to enterprise solutions involving our products.
5. Conducting training and certification for client IT teams in the installation and maintenance of our products.
