Overview

Infrastructure (2nd line) Support Engineer - London - up to £35,000

Austin Fraser are looking for a 2nd line Support Engineer to join a well-established licensing company.

You will be providing in-house support by working with helpdesk systems and a range of Windows Tech. You will take responsibility for the office IT, updates and maintenance of the computers.

Key experience:

- Providing excellent customer service
- Desktop software and hardware support / troubleshooting
- Windows 10
- MS SCCM / O365
- JIRA
- Networking - DNS/DHCP / , TCP/IP

Desirable:

- PowerShell
- MCP / ITIL Certifications
