2nd Line Engineer - Hybrid Role

Overview

Austin Fraser are looking for a Support Engineer to join a growing IT Consultancy business in Gloucestershire.

The 2nd Line Engineer will be working as part of a small team to provide in-house support by using a range of Windows Tech including MS Azure and dealing with maintenance of systems.

The role offers hybrid working and the candidate would be based just in one office with no additional travel.

Key experience:

• Windows 10/11

• Azure services

• M365

• Azure / Veeam Backup products

• Defender security products

• Local Network Support (DNS/DCHP/TCP IP)

Desirable:

• Azure Virtual Desktop

• Dell Wyse Thin Clients
