Charles is a real credit to your team! Never have I worked with a recruitment agent that actually listens, makes me feel like I am his only client, worked out how to work with me and if that means knowing the only air time he is going to get that day is calling me at 8pm, then that's what he will do! Charles has taken the time to understand the skills we need, the *type* of person we like to take on and seems to take a learning from each placement, to the point that I almost don't bother reading the candidate CV and it is almost getting to the point of not needing to interview them!
