Austin Fraser is currently supporting an award winning FinTech organisation who are looking to onboard an International HR Lead.
As the International HR Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support their international workforce. You will collaborate with the International HR team and senior leadership to improve employee experience, reduce against risk and help promote business results during a period of change.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management.
- CIPD Qualified.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using HR metrics to drive decision-making.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and employee engagement and relations.
- Experience in financial services or payments.
- Desirable: Proven experience in a global HR leadership role, with a strong understanding of international labour laws and regulations.
- Desirable: experience of operation in an M&A environment
Location: London/hybrid.
Duration: initially 12 months.
