UX Designer - Up to £60,000 - London - Hybrid

I am in the search for an imaginative and dedicated UX Designer to become a vital part of our clients dynamic team.

Our client is a UK-based company specialising in enforcement and recovery services. Their services encompass a wide range of sectors, including government, commercial, and individual clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including product managers, developers, and visual designers.

  • Execute user research, user interviews, and usability testing.

  • Develop road maps and wireframes.

  • Create interactive prototypes and design mockups.

  • Team up with development units during implementation to ensure accurate translation of accessible designs into practical, user-friendly interfaces.

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance existing products through usability assessments, user feedback, and data-driven insights, with a focus on enhancing accessibility for all users.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience working as an Experience Designer.

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or their equivalents.

  • A robust grasp of user-centric design principles, usability, and user research methodologies, particularly within the accessibility context.

  • Exceptional communication skills for articulating design choices, gathering input, and collaborating seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, underscored by meticulous attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on accessible design is a valuable asset
