Technology Manager - Luton - Up to £85k - Hybrid (In office 1 day a week/ fortnight)
This role is a hybrid position - you will be expected to go into the Luton office once a week or fortnight.
About the Company:
A large and established company is looking for a Technology Manager to manage a business critical development team.
About you:
You will conduct one-to-one meetings with team members to track and develop their progress, identifying conflicts and dependencies between teams, and seeking resolutions. You will communicate to other business functions and stakeholders and deliver technical solutions though initiating, designing, building, testing, releasing and supporting. You will be supporting business systems and be responsible for project delivery and releases to the agreed schedule.You will be participating in the IT community and working collaboratively with business colleagues to ensure the best solutions and results for customers.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in a Management Positions (Delivery/ Development background would be beneficial)
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
- Technical Background (QA Management/ .NET/ Developer background)
- Experience managing onshore and offshore teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
