Ready to work for a mission oriented organization? As a Team Lead, Systems Analyst you will report directly to the Director of Application Services. You will have overall responsibility for analyzing, configuring, and supporting the operations of multiple computer systems.
Responsibilities of the Team Lead, Systems Analyst:
Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer systems.
Reviews and understands existing system deployment, product configurations, and system design
Works with business analysts and business partners to identify solutions to business needs.
Works with senior technical leadership and vendors to establish and maintain appropriate design patterns and standards.
Mentors, trains, and coaches other systems analysts on systems of responsibility
Skills of the Team Lead, Systems Analyst:
Enterprise Content Management systems (OnBase, Documentum, FileNet, Docuware, Zoho Docs, etc)
Customer Communication Management systems (xPressions, OpenText Output Server, ContentComposer)
Customer Relationship Management systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, Pipedrive, Active Campaign)
General understanding of software development and scripting languages.
SDLC processes and frameworks, including traditional project management and agile development processes
