What will your duties be?

• Maintain and develop the on-premise Kubernetes implementation
• Maintain and optimize the core services such as Kubernetes, MongoDB, Kafka and Elasticsearch
• Solving challenges of software products together with our Dev teams
• Automation and configuration management via Terraform, Helm, and Ansible, as well as optimisation of the Monitoring/Metrics infrastructure (Prometheus/Grafana)
• Be part of our OnCall rotation

What should you bring?

• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Linux is your choice of operating system
• Basic understanding of IP networking, Load Balancing, Firewalling
• Knowledge in container orchestration via Kubernetes and related abstraction layers
• The ability to deploy an application with high availability to Kubernetes, covering everything from source code to logging and alerting
• The ability to methodically debug distributed systems
• Good English language skills (German not required)
