Austin Fraser has a spectacular opportunity with an exciting FinTech company, operating in over 40 countries. They are listed on the London Stock Exchange, which has been recognised by the Financial Times as one of the fastest growing companies in Europe. They are now looking to onboard a Product Lead to develop revolutionary products in the Payments team, drive strategies and lead a team. The role:

• Create and manage product strategy, roadmap and project plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders
• Manage, coach and lead team
• Develop qualitative and quantitative metrics
• Managing products through sprint planning

The candidate:

• 8+ years Product management experience, working in the Fintech industry
• Strong communication skills
• Enjoys hybrid, collaborate environments
• Strong understanding of Agile ways of working
• Strong understanding of technical jargon and familiarity with the newest technologies including programming languages, API's and databases.
• Proven experience of owning a product, leading a team and working with backend payments - payment rails, payment schemes or SEPA payments
