Lead Full Stack Developer

Austin Fraser has an exciting opportunity for a Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 8 years of experience with C# .NET and Javascript to join an exclusive company that works with agricultural businesses. They operate across the UK and the US, although the main team is based in the UK. Their technologies are a useful tool to help agribusinesses get more insight out of their data and reduce environmental impacts. This position is well suited to an individual who has a solid background in .NET, frontend Javascript and Cloud technologies, has experience leading teams of developers, and someone with great communication skills and an energetic personality.

The Role:
- Develop multiple direct reports
- Learn about the current architecture, contribute to the codebase, and work on epics and features.
- 80% hands-on to build a strong foundation of subject knowledge and then grow to take over one team
- Heading daily standups and leading grooming sessions.
- Actively talking and working with other teams to help design shared APIs
- Participate fully in all initiatives and collaborate to create high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience with C# .NET.
- 4+ years working on frontend Javascript with React and Angular
- Background working with Cloud technologies
- Strong and clear communication skills, enthusiastic and energetic personality who is devoted to lead an efficient team whilst working hands-on on projects.
