What are your tasks as a Head of IT (m/w/d)

• Manage the implementation and organization of various IT projects, including hands-on execution as needed (such as Endpoint Central, Azure Active Directory, Service Desk Software)

• Oversee all IT operations, includinginfrastructure, security, andcompliance, toensureoursystemsareoperatingatpeakefficiency

• Lead anddeveloptwo IT Support/Administrator teammembers, providingmentorshipandguidancefortheircareergrowth

• Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstoidentifyandprioritizetechnology initiatives thatdrivebusinessvalue

• Stayup-to-datewithemergingtechnologiesandtrends in theindustrytoensureourorganizationremains innovative andcompetitive

• Manage vendorrelationshipstoensureour IT solutionsmeettheneedsofourorganization

• Developand manage the IT budget, ensuringwearemaximizingourresourcesandinvestments

• Act as a liaison between the IT department and other business units to ensure seamless communication and alignment on projects and initiatives

What should you bring as a Head of IT (m/w/d)

• Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science orrelatedfield

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing IT operations and driving strategic initiatives

• Understandingof digital transformationandexperiencedevelopingandimplementingcorporate digital- and IT-strategy

• Knowledgeof IT operations, infrastructure, security, andcompliance

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, withtheabilitytoworkeffectivelywithcross-functionalteamsandbusinessstakeholders

• Strongprojectmanagementandbudgetingskills

• English fluent, German would be nice
