Customer Success Operations Manager - Hybrid - Surrey - Up to £37.5k + 5% Bonus

The Company & Role:

We're working with a global and established digital Financial Services/ FinTech company that is one of the largest credit issuers in the U.S. Their mission is to enable and help people spend smarter and manage their money more effectively, for a better financial future.

They are looking for someone to join their operations team, to manage workload of configuration and research/ resolve customer inquiries. You will be coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team to resolve issues in the defined SLA's and have a strong attention to detail, documenting all processes. You will be supporting configuration issues and exchange rates, whilst also working together with the technical teams.

You will be required to go into their Surrey office on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Skills needed:

  • Experience in a role similar offering customer support and managing client accounts
  • Payments experience is desirable
  • Some technical understanding is desirable
  • Organised and Collaborative
  • Ability to take initiative and think outside the box
