Job Title: Business Analyst - Product Team (Berlin)
Job Overview:
Our client is a growing company based in Berlin, and they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join their Product Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and experience working in a product development environment. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to define and document business requirements for new and existing products
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to product development and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to improve products and processes
- Conduct research and gather insights to inform product development and decision-making
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and other product-related documentation
- Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to inform product development and ensure product success
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
- Continuously monitor product performance and provide recommendations for improvements based on data analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product development and business analysis
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
- Experience working in a product development environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel
- Familiarity with product management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus
