Job Title: Business Analyst - Product Team (Berlin)

Job Overview:

Our client is a growing company based in Berlin, and they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join their Product Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and experience working in a product development environment. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to define and document business requirements for new and existing products
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to product development and performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to improve products and processes
  • Conduct research and gather insights to inform product development and decision-making
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and other product-related documentation
  • Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to inform product development and ensure product success
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
  • Continuously monitor product performance and provide recommendations for improvements based on data analysis
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product development and business analysis
  • Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
  • Experience working in a product development environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel
  • Familiarity with product management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus
