​I have been working for Austin Fraser for the past 7 years. I’ve progressed from a trainee in Munich to a City Lead in Denver and now a Director covering the Hamburg region.

​

I have had the opportunity to achieve many things at AF during my career, I was top rookie in my first year and hold the fastest promoted Senior Consultant from Trainee level. I am a member of the Million Billers Club and have made over 100 placements as a hands on consultant. I’ve managed and developed 3 different wonderful teams, won together with one of  them the award for team of the year, traveled worldwide with the company and had the amazing opportunity to move to Denver.

I am currently the Associate Director for our Hamburg office, where our primary goal is to match the best talent in each of our vertical markets, here in Hamburg with companies that are looking to grow (Java, JavaScript, Typescript, DevOps, Cloud, Mobile, Go, Big Data, Data Engineering, Data Science, .Net and Testing).
