I’m Ben, the Automated Technologies Sales Manager based out of our head office in Reading, UK.
With over 8 years experience working specifically in the Automation market, I have helped clients globally across a number of industry sectors with their international resource needs. Whilst I've been at Austin Fraser, I’ve grown from a Trainee Consultant within an Engineering Team to Sales Manager of our very own Automated Technologies brand. Working with Ben
Having been working as a contractor working on contracts for Austin Fraser for the past 2.5 years. Ben Piercy has been my agent for this duration. Ben has always been proactive in ensuring that I have not had any issues by regular contact. He has always been very professional in his approach to both myself and the end clients which has made working with him very straight forward. Any issues that have risen either between myself and Austin Fraser or myself and the end client Ben has always worked hard and quickly to resolve the issues in a way that is satisfactory to all parties involved. When dealing with issues, he is very good at taking a neutral position and seeing problems from all parties perspective and then providing very quick and good solutions and this has made working with him a pleasure. He has made my life easier knowing that I don't have to worry about anything as I know that he will look after my interests in a professional manor, that not only suits me but all parties to ensure a smooth running contract. I look forward to working with him for the next year or possibly further into the future.
