About Ash
I’m Ashley Dunbar, the Managing Director of our European Technology business.
Balancing growing my personal career, building a Tech Business across various locations, being a good husband, father and friend, and looking after a floundering golf handicap has had its challenges and has been a journey I have absolutely loved. No more so than relocating my family to Munich for 18 months to help grow our German business.
I joined as a trainee and now enjoy working with an exceptionally talented and passionate senior leadership team. Shaping the purpose, vision and strategy of the company.
My days are spent between our offices in Reading, Munich, Berlin and Hamburg and I feel privileged to travel and spend time with so many great people.
At work, I throw all my energy into helping people understand their objectives and how to achieve them, whilst being a mentor who is there for each step of their career.
