I’m Delina Ubben, a Recruitment Consultant currently recruiting in the beautiful Hamburg, in Germany.

I did my master's degree and had a main focus on organisational psychology. After finishing my studies I had the opportunity to start my career at Austin Fraser. I couldn't be more happy about the place, the people and the topics I'm working with.

As a Recruitment Consultant I have a specialisation on freelancers and companies that work within the Microsoft Technologies industry (C#, .NET, MS Dynamics, ASP.NET, ...).
